KVKK / GDPR Notice

1. Controller

This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the GDPR, by Lps Bilişim Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. (“the Company”) acting as data controller.

2. Personal data we process

No personal data is collected while you browse this site. When you open the demo request page, transaction security data arises so the form and its security verification can work (see below); when you submit the form or contact us by e-mail, the following data is processed:

  • Identity data: first name, last name.
  • Contact data: work e-mail address, phone number.
  • Organisation data: organisation name, country, the use case you select and your optional note.
  • Preference record: your choice on the product-announcements checkbox (yes/no), transmitted with your request as the record of consent.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, server logs, the session cookie and the security verification (captcha) record arising when you open the demo page and when you submit the form. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Receiving and answering your request and planning the demo: necessity for steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Sending product announcements by e-mail: only if you tick the optional checkbox on the form, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@lpschain.com.
  • Keeping the site and the form secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your personal data is not used for profiling, advertising or behavioural targeting.

4. Transfers

Your personal data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for marketing. We use service providers for website hosting and e-mail infrastructure; their servers may be located abroad, and such transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9 and, where applicable, Chapter V of the GDPR. The list of providers will be finalised in this section together with legal sign-off.

5. Retention

Form records are kept for as long as needed to conclude your request and for the limitation periods set by applicable law; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Exact per-field retention periods will be published in this section together with legal sign-off.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Articles 15 to 21, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with it.
  • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of KVKK Article 7 (and erasure under GDPR Article 17).
  • Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
  • Object to a result produced against you exclusively by automated analysis.
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

You can send your requests to info@lpschain.com or to the postal address above with information sufficient to verify your identity, in line with the Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest and, as a rule, free of charge; where the operation entails additional cost, the fee set by the Board tariff may be charged. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, where the GDPR applies, with your supervisory authority.
