LpsTalk Privacy Policy

Lps Talk (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile messaging application (“App”). We believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. That’s why our App is designed to minimize data collection, use end-to-end encryption by default, and not retain communication metadata. By using our App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

To provide core functionality and security, we may collect the following types of data:

• Account Information: Username, Email address, Password (securely hashed and irretrievable)
• Device Information: Device model, Operating system type and version, Push notification tokens, Device identifiers
• Chat Data: All messages are protected with end-to-end encryption. Messages are encrypted on the sender’s device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient’s device. Encrypted messages are temporarily hosted on our servers only until delivery is complete, after which they are permanently deleted. We have no access to message contents at any time.
• Usage Data (Optional and Anonymous): Crash reports, Feature usage metrics, Performance analytics. This data is collected anonymously and is never linked to identifiable users.

We do not collect or store any of the following information:

• Messages: All messages are end-to-end encrypted. Only the intended recipients can decrypt and read them. We do not have access to your messages, and they are never stored on our servers after delivery.
• Contact lists: We do not upload or store your contact lists on our servers.
• Message metadata: We do not collect metadata such as who you contact, when, or how often.

The limited information we may collect is used for: Operating and maintaining the App; Authenticating and managing your user account; Ensuring secure message delivery; Improving performance and fixing technical issues. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties. We may share limited information only when legally required (e.g., with a valid court order) and only to the extent legally necessary. Due to our encryption architecture, even in such cases, message content and communication metadata are not accessible to us.

• End-to-End Encryption: Messages are encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted on the recipient’s device. We cannot read or intercept message contents.
• Temporary Server Hosting: Messages are temporarily retained on our servers in encrypted form only until they are successfully delivered. They are then automatically and permanently deleted.
• Local Device Storage: Message history is locally stored and encrypted on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers and remains inaccessible to us or third parties.

• Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Messages are temporarily hosted on our servers only until delivery and then automatically erased.
• Technical data (e.g., push tokens) is retained only for as long as needed to operate the App reliably.

If any temporary data is stored, it is automatically deleted after its intended use is complete.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as: Right of access; Right to correction; Right to deletion; Right to restrict or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: info@lpschain.com

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal or functional changes. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” and may notify you through the App or via email when applicable.
