Platform Overview
LpsChain on a single page: the modules, the capabilities that carry daily work, and the deployment options.
01PLATFORM & MODULES
PLATFORM VE MODÜLLEROne secure platform. Multiple protected workflows.
The product names stay; each one runs as a module of the same platform.
Secure files and external sharing
Sealed storage, version history, time-limited external links and cross-institution sharing.
Secure messaging and meetings
End-to-end encrypted chat and video calls, inside the same perimeter as your files.
Workflow and e-signature
Approval processes and signature steps move together with the audit record.
Desktop, sync and offline protection
Synced work at the endpoint; fully offline encryption for air-gapped environments.
Reporting, verifiable audit and administration
Who accessed what, and when: ready to report, straight from the append-only ledger.
API and enterprise integrations
Connects to your existing security stack, including DLP, SIEM, SOAR, sandbox and antivirus.
Applies to the whole platform: on-premise, private cloud or fully air-gapped, with cryptographic keys always held by the institution.
02CAPABILITIES
PLATFORM YETENEKLERİThe seal never slows the work.
Storage, sharing, search, communication and audit: all on sealed data, in a single platform.
Secure File Sharing
Share files without compromising privacy: end-to-end encrypted transfer, time-limited external links and encrypted multi-party exchange.
Access & Authorisation
Decide who accesses your data and when, with role-based access (RBAC), multi-factor authentication and time-limited permissions.
Project-Based File Management
Organise files into project folders; track version history and roll back to a previous version with a single click.
Encrypted Search with OCR
Uploaded documents are indexed with OCR; search across thousands of documents in seconds, even in encrypted mode.

Chat & Video Calls
Internal and external communication with LpsTalk is end-to-end encrypted and stays inside the same security perimeter as your files.
Reporting & Audit
Every action is logged: who accessed which file, and when. Spot risks early with powerful reporting tools.
API Integration
Connect your existing tools to the platform seamlessly.
Third-Party Applications
Works with everything from Office tools to antivirus.
Tenant Architecture
Manage all branches and subsidiaries from one place.
Multiple Platforms
Access anywhere via web, mobile and desktop.
03DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
KURULUM SEÇENEKLERİThe same platform runs on physical servers, as a virtual appliance, or on a network with no internet at all; functionality does not depend on the deployment form.
On-premise and air-gapped
Installation happens entirely on the institution's infrastructure; air-gapped environments are supported through offline package transfer.
Encrypted virtual appliance
The ready-to-import appliance is full-disk encrypted; the boot passphrase stays with the operator.
Hybrid storage
Work areas can attach S3-compatible external storage; the external tier sees only encrypted objects.
04INTEGRATIONS
ENTEGRASYONLARJoins the stack you already run.
Identity, monitoring, content security and file transfer: four lines connect the platform to the enterprise stack.
IDENTITY
Accounts synchronise with the directory; sign-in runs through corporate SSO.
SOC
Audit events stream to SIEM targets in standard formats.
CONTENT SECURITY
Uploads pass a screening pipeline; detections land in the record.
PROTOCOLS
Enabled per project, written to dedicated login logs.
05ADMINISTRATION
YÖNETİMTwo tiers, plus a console on site.
Administration is separate from the end-user app, with its own login and permission system. Company Admins manage their own institution, Super Admins manage the whole deployment, and day-to-day maintenance happens on the appliance console.
Company Admin
Manages the users, packages and policies of its own institution.
Super Admin
Runs the licence, the tenants and a forty-page System Settings catalogue from one place.
Maintenance Console
Network, service, certificate and disk operations happen locally; no vendor remote access.
