Explicit Consent Text Management

Explicit Consent Text Management

Explicit consent is used for the management of texts in which users are informed about data processing and we obtain their consent that they agree to these processes.

Access to the Administration Panel

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel.
  2. Click on "Manage Company" in the "Company Settings" section in the top menu.
  3. Click on the "Explicit Consent" tab.
  4. In the table that opens, view the list of consent texts.
  • Record Date: Indicates when the text was created.
  • Update Date: Indicates when the text was last edited.
  • Name: Contains the identifying name of each text.

Editing an Existing Explicit Consent Text

  1. Click on the button next to the explicit consent text you want to edit.
  2. In the text editor window that opens, you can view or change the name of the document in the "Record Name" field.
  3. In the text field, edit the text of the explicit consent.
  4. Format the text as desired; you can format the text using the text editor toolbar.
  5. When all changes are complete, save the updates by clicking on the Edit button.
  6. If you wish to cancel the editing process, click the Cancel button.

Delete Existing Explicit Consent Text

  1. next to the relevant explicit consent text button.
  2. A confirmation box titled "Are you sure?" will appear.
  3. Click "Yes" if you want to delete the record or "No" if you want to cancel the operation.
