Meetings
The "Meetings" feature on the LpsChain platform allows users to organize virtual meetings. If there are no meetings scheduled, users can use the "Start A Meeting" and "Create Meeting" buttons to start a meeting immediately or schedule a meeting for a future date.
Access the Meetings (opens in a new tab) section by clicking on the button on the left menu of the page.
The Start A Meeting button refers to a function that allows the user to activate a meeting session immediately upon clicking on this button. It allows users to organize a meeting on the fly without prior planning.
To plan a meeting;
- Meeting Name: Enter a title for the planned meeting.
- Description: Information about the purpose or agenda of the meeting is added; a link to the meeting can also be placed here.
- Date: Select the date of the meeting.
- Duration: The total duration of the meeting in hours and minutes.
- Time Zone: Select the time zone in which the meeting will take place to avoid time confusion for international participants.
- Password: If desired, a password can be added to the meeting as an extra layer of security.
- Participants: Add the e-mail addresses of the people who will attend the meeting.
- Alow guest paticipants: When this option is checked, users without a company account will be able to join the meeting.
- When you click on the Create button, your meeting URL will appear on the screen. You can copy this link and send it to the participants you want to invite.
