Meetings

The "Meetings" feature on the LpsChain platform allows users to organize virtual meetings. If there are no meetings scheduled, users can use the "Start A Meeting" and "Create Meeting" buttons to start a meeting immediately or schedule a meeting for a future date.

Access the Meetings (opens in a new tab) section by clicking on the button on the left menu of the page.

The Start A Meeting button refers to a function that allows the user to activate a meeting session immediately upon clicking on this button. It allows users to organize a meeting on the fly without prior planning.

To plan a meeting;

  1. Meeting Name: Enter a title for the planned meeting.
  2. Description: Information about the purpose or agenda of the meeting is added; a link to the meeting can also be placed here.
  3. Date: Select the date of the meeting.
  4. Duration: The total duration of the meeting in hours and minutes.
  5. Time Zone: Select the time zone in which the meeting will take place to avoid time confusion for international participants.
  6. Password: If desired, a password can be added to the meeting as an extra layer of security.
  7. Participants: Add the e-mail addresses of the people who will attend the meeting.
  8. Alow guest paticipants: When this option is checked, users without a company account will be able to join the meeting.
  9. When you click on the Create button, your meeting URL will appear on the screen. You can copy this link and send it to the participants you want to invite.
