Editing a User

To edit a user, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the admin panel.
  2. Click on the Users (Manage Users) menu in the top menu.
  3. Find the user in the table and click on the button, then click on the Edit User button.
  4. Update the necessary form on the popup screen.
    • Enter the user's first and last name. The first and last names will be displayed on the list of individuals.
    • Enter the job title.
    • Enter the country information.
    • Enter the phone number. The number should be entered with the country code. (e.g., +90 500 000 00 00)
    • Select the default language. The language of the email content sent to the user will be determined based on the panel language selection.
    • Enter tags. (Optional)
  5. Press the Submit button.

The email address cannot be changed. If you wish to change a user's email address; If the user has no project, a new account should be opened, the old account's data should be transferred to the new account, and the old account should be deleted.
