File Download Links

Creating a Download Link:

1. Go over your file and right click.
2. Go to 'Download Links' in the drop-down menu and click on 'Create link'.
3. The "Create download link" window will open.
4. Enter the connection name and optionally set a password.
5. You can activate additional options, such as a text on timed access or explicit consent.
6. Activate your connection by clicking the Create button.
7. The link you created will appear in the 'Download Links' list.
8. Each connection has a different ID, creation date and connection name.

To view download links:

1. Go over your file and right click. Go to Download links and click on "Download Links".
2. In the list that opens, click on the button next to the links.

Copy Connection Address

• Use this option to copy the URL of the link you created.

Copy Direct Download Link:

• Select this option if you want to copy the direct link for users to download your file directly.

View Transaction Logs:

• View transaction logs related to your connection, such as download, update and creation.

Details

• View detailed information about your connection.

Sil

• If you no longer want to use the link, click this option to remove it from the system.
