MFA Settings

To edit a user's MFA settings, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the admin panel.
  2. Click on the Users (Manage Users) menu in the top menu.
  3. Find the user in the table and click on the button, then click on the MFA Settings button.
  4. Check the form in the popup window.
    • Activate email verification for this user.
    • Activate SMS verification for this user. (Ignore if the SMS service is inactive.)
    • Remove Authenticator verification for this user.
  5. Press the Submit button.
