Adding a Package

To add a package, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the admin panel.
  2. Click on the Package (Manage User Packages) menu in the top menu.
  3. Click on the Add Package button at the top of the table.
  4. Fill out the required form on the popup screen:
    • Enter the package name. The specified package name must be unique within the company.
    • Define the size of a single file that the user can upload. Fill in the "Single File Size" field.
    • Determine the total storage space size that the user can upload. Fill in the "Total File Size" field.
    • Determine the maximum number of projects that the user can create. Fill in the "Project Limit" field.
    • Specify the version limit and expiration time.
    • Define the user's permission settings.
  5. Press the Submit button.

Example Package: FINANCE

In this example, a new package named "FINANCE" has been defined. This package is created for users with specific storage, project, and permission features.

Package Features

  • Package Name: FINANCE
  • Single Size: 1 GB
  • Total Size: 10 GB
  • Project Limit: 5
  • Version Limit: 10
  • Version Expiration Time (Days): 10

Permissions

Users with this package:

  • Can access the individual file system.
  • Can see and appear in the contact list.
  • Can see other company users within the contact list.
  • Can view their own projects.
  • Can quickly add other users to their projects without sending invitations.
  • Can edit permissions within the projects they are invited to.
  • Can view the control panel.
  • Can view file operation logs.
  • Can view/edit documents online.

According to the example above; a new package named "FINANCE" has been created. Users having this package are defined with a total storage space of 10 GB, with a maximum single file size of 1 GB. Permissions marked in green are actively specified. Additionally, a total of 5 projects can be created.

If the "version limit number" and "version expiration time (days)" settings are set to 0, this means unlimited version storage and unlimited time for version history will be maintained.
