Package Permission Settings

Permission settings defined for a package can restrict the areas within the panel that included users can access. These permission settings are available in Add Package and Edit Package options.

Access to Individual File System

If this feature is enabled, users will be able to upload files within the allowed file sizes to the individual file system. If this setting is disabled, users will not be able to upload files individually at all, only the project file system will be active.

It is recommended to select this setting and set the file size amount to 0 if it is desired that included users only have access to projects. A user with this setting, if not included in any project, cannot upload files.

Viewing the Contact List

If this feature is enabled, users will not be able to view the contact list button and its content in the top menu within the panel. User selection areas seen in project creation/editing, individual file sharing, etc., are not affected by this setting.

Appearance in the Contact List

If this feature is enabled, users will appear in other users' contact lists.

This setting can be deactivated for packages with a large number of users. For example, this setting can be deactivated for a student package. Thus, users with a teacher package will not be able to see users with a student package in the "contact list".

Viewing Other Company Users in the Contact List

If this feature is enabled, users can see other company users in the contact list.

Viewing/Editing Own Projects

If this feature is enabled, users will be able to create and edit their projects within the panel. If this setting is not activated, users will only be able to join projects they are invited to.

Viewing Projects They Are Invited to

If this feature is enabled, users will be able to view projects they are invited to and have the option to leave the project if they wish.

Adding Other Users Without Sending Invitations

If this feature is enabled, users can quickly add company users to their projects without sending invitations. If a user outside the company is added to the project, an invitation will be sent.

Permission Editing Right in the Projects They Are Invited to

If this feature is enabled, users will not be able to edit permissions in the projects they are invited to, even if they have administrative rights.

Viewing/Editing Documents

If this feature is enabled, users can use the online document viewing system.

Creating Download Links

If this feature is enabled, download links can be created for files viewed by users. Thus, users can share these links with third parties, allowing for the downloading of files.

Creating Upload Links

If this feature is enabled, upload links can be created that allow third parties to upload specific files to the system. Through these upload links, files can be directly uploaded to the system without third parties needing a user account in the system.

Access Right to Mobile Application

If this feature is enabled, users can generate the QR code needed to log in to the LpsChain mobile application and access their account.

Creating Meetings

If this feature is enabled, users have the authority to create meetings.

Defining External Drive

If this feature is enabled, users can define external drives to the system. This allows users to increase their storage capacity and store more data within the system.
