Accepting Project Invitation
There are two methods to accept project invitations sent to users:
- Go to the Projects page.
- Click on "Invited Projects"
- Click on the button next to the project you were invited to.
- Click on the "Accept Invite" option.
or
- Open the invitation email you received.
- Click on the "Accept" button.
If the "Incorporate new selected users to the project without sending an invitation." option is checked, users added to the project will be included without sending a project invitation. This setting only applies to users within the company. External users will always receive an invitation.
Once you join the project, it will appear in the project tree in the file system (opens in a new tab) page.
If the project does not appear in the project tree after accepting the invitation, refresh the page or click the button in the file explorer tree's upper right corner.
After accepting the project invitation, if the project is encrypted, the user must enter the project password to access the project content. This information is not required for projects without a password.
