Account Security Settings

After logging into your account, manage your security settings by going to settings > security settings (opens in a new tab). LpsChain supports three different authentication methods:

Authenticator Verification

To activate Authenticator verification, click on the button in the "Authenticator Verification" section. Scan the QR code that appears on the screen using identity verification applications such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. If you cannot scan the QR code, enter this code manually into the application. You will be expected to enter the code from your Authenticator application in your subsequent login attempts.

Email Verification

To activate Email verification, click on the button in the "Email Verification" section. If you activate email verification, a verification code will be sent to your email address when you log into your account. You will be expected to enter the code received at your email address in your subsequent login attempts.

SMS Verification

To activate SMS verification, click on the button in the "SMS Verification" section. If you activate SMS verification, a verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS when you log into your account. You will be expected to enter the code received as an SMS on your phone in your subsequent login attempts.
